Complimentary 10 Minutes by Phone For new clients who are interested in working with Chloe, but would like to discuss and get a feel for the naturopathic perspective and her unique approach
Naturopathic Initial Consult ($180)
An initial consultation is a conversation that dives deep into your health history. Together we uncover presenting symptoms and understand the physical and emotional environment in which they have emerged and exist within. During this session, our goal is to understand the predisposing, sustaining and excitatory factors which are contributing to the imbalance or symptom picture you are experiencing.
In this consultation we will spend time clarifying your personal health goals, prioritisation of treatment and whether referrals or further investigations are needed.
In this first consultation, you are given a treatment plan reviewing these shared goals, along with any relevant recommendations, reflective exercises, dietary and lifestyle advice and prescriptions if necessary.
All Naturopathic Consultations are conducted online via Telehealth
Return Naturopathic Consultations ($110)
Follow up consultations review your progress, test results, and/or update and adjust your prescription. This consultation is also an opportunity to address anything new that is coming up. These sessions act as a check in, helping to keep you accountable towards your goals or identify where further support is needed
All Naturopathic Consultations are conducted online via Telehealth
Acute consultation ($60)
This is a short 15-minute phone or video appointment for existing clients to address anything that arises between standard sessions. They are for acute complaints such as a cold, infection or for prescription follow ups that do not require a review
Shiatsu & Bodywork appointments ($130)
Sessions begins with a brief conversation to attune to your current needs and concerns, followed by an hour of hands-on bodywork grounded in Shiatsu and somatic practiceModalities such as Meridian Therapy, Acupressure, So Tai, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Moxa may be woven in to support your presentations and body connection
Combined Naturopathic & Shiatsu consultation ($180)
These 90 minute sessions are for existing Naturopathic clients who would like to integrate Body Work. In these sessions we explore symptoms on a somatic level - work deeply with the nervous system and incorporate Traditional East Asian Medicine modalities into your treatment plan. This session includes an emailed treatment plan & prescription review
